At KaiJobs, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services designed to support and enhance your career journey. As our services are non-tangible and customized, refunds are subject to strict eligibility criteria outlined below.

All services provided by KaiJobs are digital, personalized, and non-returnable. Once delivered, they are considered consumed and cannot be retracted or reused.
πΉ 2. Refund Eligibility
β You May Request a Refund If:

A refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, and the service work has not yet started.

The service was not delivered within the committed timeline without prior notice or communication from our end.

The service has not been accessed, used, or consumed in any way.
β Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

The refund request is made after 24 hours of purchase.

The service has already been delivered or partially used.

Delay in delivery is due to lack of response or inputs from your side.

You do not respond to our delivery communication within 3 calendar days. In such cases, the service will be marked as accepted and closed.

The request is based on subjective dissatisfaction without valid reasoning or after full service consumption.
π 3. Review and Approval Window
After service delivery, you will receive a prompt to review or request changes. If no response or revision request is received within 3 days, the service will be deemed approved, and no refund or further edits will be possible beyond this period.
π 4. Scheduled Sessions & Appointments

Sessions may be rescheduled if notified at least 12 hours in advance.

No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Once a session has been conducted, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
π 5. Digital Deliverables
All digital deliverables are considered final once shared. As they are custom-built and instantly usable, they are not eligible for return or refund under normal circumstances.

Any attempt to claim false refunds or initiate a chargeback after service delivery will lead to:
