  2. Refund Initiation Within 24 Hours:If you contact our support team within 24 hours of the sale, a refund may be initiated based on the then-discussed circumstances.
  3. Refund Process:The refund process will begin after a discussion with our support team. If, after direct discussion with our support team, you are unsatisfied, you may initiate an escalation process.
  4. Escalation Process:All refund escalations must start with our support team. If the resolution is not achieved through our support team, then you can directly approach the payment gateway, maximum 30% refund will be considered based on case to case.
  5. Contacting Support:For any cancellation or refund queries, please contact our support team directly within 24 hours of purchase.
  6. Exclusions:No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, including completed live sessions or delivered digital products. Refunds are not applicable for any live sessions.

  8. Exceptional Circumstances:In exceptional circumstances, KaiJobs reserves the right to consider refunds outside the standard policy.
